Role Overview

We are recruiting for two 3‑year Fixed‑Term Contracts ending March 2027.


Responsibilities

* Engage with residents to promote safe and secure independent living, creating an engaging vibrant environment to reduce isolation.
* Provide advice on rent and service charges, assist with benefits claims and support customers with their financial needs.
* Collaborate with the internal income‑recovery team to reduce rent arrears.


Qualifications

* Experience or knowledge of housing management, social care and/or wellbeing of retirement‑living services.
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Team‑player attributes combined with the initiative to work independently, including lone working.
* Awareness of Health & Safety and experience managing anti‑social behaviour and challenging situations.
* A valid driving licence and access to a personal car.
* Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS check (mandatory for this role).
