Role Summary:
The Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the sales team operates efficiently and professionally. This individual supports both Sales Executives by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining the CRM, and acting as a key point of contact for operational follow-up with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and send quotes, sales confirmations, and invoices
* Process orders in CRM and liaise with logistics/warehouse on deliveries
* Maintain up-to-date records in CRM (customer data, pricing, activity logs)
* Follow up on sample requests, lead times, and order tracking for clients
* Assist with the preparation of trade show materials and scheduling
* Provide internal support including stock checks, product specs, and team reporting
* Respond to inbound client inquiries and allocate to appropriate Sales Executive
* Maintain and update price lists, catalogs, and client documentation
* See customers in the showroom and provide front-line support where needed
* Assist sales managers with initial outreach to new leads when needed.

* Quote turnaround time
* Order accuracy and processing speed
* CRM and documentation accuracy
* Internal stakeholder satisfaction (feedback from Sales Executives)
* Responsiveness to client inquiries
Skills and Experience:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
* Good written and verbal communication
* Knowledge of furniture/interior design industry is a plus
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and digital tools (e.g., PDF editors, calendars)
* Ability to work proactively and manage priorities independently
