We're recruiting for a talented and self-motivated Chef to join a small luxury hotel set in one of Scotland's most scenic Highland areas. This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, creating thoughtful dishes, and thriving in a calm, rural environment where quality matters more than volume.

The Role
Produce a high-quality evening dining experience along with a well-executed breakfast service.
Prepare and deliver seasonal menus with freedom to create and refine dishes.
Work largely solo in the kitchen, supported by an owner-manager who handles the admin, ordering accounts, and wider paperwork.
Maintain excellent organisation, cleanliness and prep standards day-to-day.
Operate within a well-equipped kitchen, including an Athanor cooking suite.
About You
Proven experience as a Senior Chef in a high-quality hotel, chalet, lodge or rural dining environment.
Comfortable working independently and managing a clean, organised kitchen.
Strong understanding of seasonal cooking and local Scottish produce.
Creative, reliable, consistent, and happy in a quieter rural lifestyle.
A positive team player who works well with owners and small teams.
