Tenancy Sustainment & Support Advocate (12m FTC) – Paradigm Housing Group
We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our Tenancy Sustainment Team. The role provides high levels of service performance, customer satisfaction, and proactive identification of unmet support needs through coordinated, holistic support planning. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external organisations to support Paradigm customers who require additional support to maintain their tenancy.
At Paradigm, we aim to be more than a landlord and have recently enhanced our customer support offer. This role involves providing professional advice, support and sign-posting services to customers identified as needing extra assistance.
Responsibilities
* Manage caseloads of customers with varied support needs and complexities, including mental health support, financial inclusion, employment advice and signposting, applying for charitable funding, fuel or food poverty, and hoarding support.
* Provide short to medium-term support to vulnerable customers and help improve the customer journey through proactive ideas and recommendations.
* Collaborate with multiple agencies to deliver tangible positive outcomes that help customers sustain their tenancies.
* Maintain high-quality records, stay well-organised, and work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
About you / Qualifications
* Extensive experience in tenancy sustainment, housing support or related field, with a strong track record in managing high caseloads of diverse needs.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver outcomes.
* Understanding of social housing issues, relevant legislation, and current government initiatives.
* Proactive, resilient, customer-focused, and capable of delivering compassionate, person-centred advocacy.
