About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and fully qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and nurturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing within the classroom environment.

Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
* Hold a full and relevant Early Years qualification that meets EYFS statutory requirements (Level 2 or Level 3 minimum).
* Have proven classroom experience within an Early Years setting.
* Hold a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate.
* Have a strong understanding of child development and safeguarding practices.
* Be confident supporting children across all areas of learning.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Be reliable, caring, patient, and enthusiastic.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS guidance.
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development.
* Assist with classroom preparation, organisation, and daily routines.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times.
