Your New Role
* Oversee the smooth running and maintenance of buildings, equipment, utilities and site grounds
* Ensure a safe, functional and compliant working environment
* Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
* Reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability across the site
* Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service partners
* Ensure quality delivery, cost efficiency and compliance with standards
* Maintain adherence to all environmental, health and safety regulations
* Support corporate sustainability and compliance goals
* Oversee critical utilities including electricity, water, HVAC, compressed air and more
* Ensure availability and reliability to support production activities
* Lead, mentor and develop a team of facility technicians
* Foster a culture of safety, ownership and continuous improvement
* Deliver site improvement initiatives such as space planning, energy‑efficiency upgrades and infrastructure enhancements
* Contribute to long‑term facility optimisation and sustainability
Your Ideal Background
* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
* Experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, building systems, and utilities
* Proven experience supervising teams and managing vendors or contractors
* Excellent problem‑solving, organisational, and project‑management skills
* Effective communicator who can work collaboratively across departments and levels
