The Opportunity
We’re seeking a highly professional and engaging Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and oversee service across both dining outlets. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the property’s excellent reputation, delivering warm, attentive service and ensuring that every guest experience is consistently exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the restaurant team across all dining areas
* Maintain consistently high standards of service and guest care
* Develop strong menu knowledge and confidently support guest recommendations
* Recruit, train, and mentor team members, embedding a strong service culture
* Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily operational management
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and senior management to deliver seamless service
* Support rota planning, labour management, and operational efficiency
* Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring proactive service recovery

About You
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leader in a high-quality hotel or restaurant
* Comfortable managing both fine-dining and casual dining operations
* Warm, confident communicator with a strong guest-focused approach
* Organised, proactive, and hands-on, with flexibility to work mixed shifts
* Passionate about hospitality, food, wine, and team development
* Able to foster a positive, collaborative culture across all departments
