Business Development Manager
Salary: £40,000 basic + Commission, Company Car, Phone & Laptop
OTE: £55,000
Hours: (Monday–Friday)

A respected construction survey equipment hire company is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to take ownership of a key region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in the hire industry who is confident managing existing accounts while proactively driving new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop an established portfolio of key accounts within the construction and survey sectors.
Proactively grow your patch through regular client visits, outreach and relationship building.
Identify new business opportunities and convert enquiries into long-term customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all client needs are met.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate equipment availability, pricing and logistics.
Prepare accurate reports, forecasts and activity updates.Requirements
Must have experience within the hire industry (survey, construction, plant, tool hire or similar).
Strong business development and account management background.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
Ability to manage your own diary and work professionally in the field.
Full UK driving licence (company car provided).Benefits
