Job Summary
Davidson Estates are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Inspection Clerk to join our team, covering our Birmingham lettings portfolio. This role involves conducting thorough property inspections, including move-in inventories, mid-term inspections, and end-of-tenancy check-outs.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own diary, including scheduling appointments and effective time management
* Conduct comprehensive move-in inventory reports, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and fitness for human habitation standards
* Carry out detailed end-of-tenancy check-out inspections, with particular focus on dilapidations, landlord maintenance responsibilities, and health and safety compliance
* Complete mid-term inspections, providing landlords with a clear and thorough overview of the tenancy
* Use and manage property reporting software, including report creation and editing
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
* Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
