The role:
Responsible for handling all new enquiries from potential clients via telephone, email, or post. Effectively identify clients' legal requirements, provide advice where appropriate, actively promote the business, and convert enquiries while ensuring all information is accurately captured and recorded.

You will assist in offering guidance on a wide range of cases - no two days will be the same!
This is an important role within our Central Services Team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, acting as the face and voice of our business.
We will provide extensive on-the-job training, where you will learn valuable sales skills and have the opportunity to liaise with our professional and knowledgeable commercial property solicitors daily.
You:
Our ideal candidate will have:
* 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, or equivalent (relevant work experience can be considered as an alternative).
* Experience dealing with professional clients/customers.
* An exceptional, confident, and professional telephone manner.
* Experience handling high-volume calls.
About the Team:
You will be working alongside our dedicated central services team within our new business department.
The CSC team is friendly and down-to-earth. You will also receive support from our knowledgeable paralegals and solicitors within the commercial property team. We are committed to providing support, training, timely feedback, and encouragement to help you succeed in your career.
