Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-trader with a strong background in social housing to join their team covering the Medway / Kent area
Package:
1. Salary £38,000
2. Van and fuel card
3. 28 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
Duties:
4. Carrying out General Maintenance on void properties
5. Carrying out repairs
6. Such as Internal and external door fitting, kitchen and bathroom refits plastering etc
Experience:
7. Must have social housing/council experience
8. Must have a full UK driving license
