The Role

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of cutting-edge technology projects aligned with our strategic objectives. This position bridges business goals and technological capabilities, making you a key player in our journey towards excellence. Principle Accountabilities
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Lead all project phases, from Business Change Request (BCR) to design, solution, build, test, cutover, implementation, and go live.
* Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, including IT and operational colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting innovation and excellence.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and third parties, managing expectations.
* Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring high standards in solutions design and implementation.
* Establish and maintain quality assurance processes, conducting regular reviews and corrective actions.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans for continuity.
* Lead Post Implementation Review (PIR) activities.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates on progress.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department to optimize processes and enhance project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in managing complex projects and implementing integrated Business Systems in large multinational companies.
* Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or PRINCE2 certification.
* Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
* Experience in Organizational Change Management.
* Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and software development.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills across all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Vendor management skills.
