What You'll Do:
* Underwrite P&C risks, ensuring profitable growth within our modular product offerings.
* Work closely with our broker panel to develop innovative insurance solutions.
* Utilise our proprietary platform with 1,200+ data points and geospatial risk insights for precision underwriting.
* Help shape and refine our underwriting strategy as we expand into new product areas.
* Collaborate with our digital, pricing, and analytics teams to enhance automation and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
* Positive, can do attitude that is looking for an entrepreneurial environment in which to thrive.
* Experience in P&C underwriting.
* Ability to build rapport and positive trading relationships with brokers.
