Overview
Pegasus Group welcomes applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. The role is a Graduate Flood Risk Consultant, based in Bristol and part of our expanding Infrastructure Engineering team. Candidates are expected to hold a degree in civil engineering, geography or a related earth science background.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with local and regional teams to produce and advise on flood risk and sustainable drainage strategies for planning applications across a wide portfolio of projects.
* Support the design, calculation and drawing production for planning applications and construction across residential, retail, industrial and commercial developments.
* Provide high‑quality technical advice and service to clients, contributing to several projects simultaneously.
* Work closely with the Infrastructure team to develop foundations for a career in flood risk consultancy.
Qualifications
* Recently graduated with a suitable degree.
* Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Initiative and ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Visa & Remuneration
Due to changes in Government Legislation, we are unable to fulfill the remuneration requirements for graduate level and therefore cannot accept applications from individuals who hold a student or graduate visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career who require work‑sponsored visas.

We are flexible for graduates to start throughout Summer / Autumn 2026.
