What You’ll Do:
As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll work closely with our experienced technical delivery team to plan, schedule, and support the execution of IT projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing multiple projects, learning how to balance timelines, budgets, and client expectations—all while growing your skills in a supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the delivery of multiple IT projects in line with strategic goals
* Assisting in planning and scheduling project activities
* Helping to manage budgets with growing commercial awareness
* Working within our PMO framework to maintain high project standards
* Identifying and escalating risks or changes proactively
* Communicating clearly with stakeholders and tracking project progress
* Keeping project systems updated with key milestones and billing info
* Collaborating with Service Support teams to ensure smooth project handovers
* Upholding our Information Security Management System (ISMS) standards
What You Bring:
Essential:
* At least 1–2 years of experience or exposure to IT project delivery
* A keen interest in project management and a desire to learn
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions and share ideas
* A customer-focused mindset and eagerness to build strong relationships
Desirable:
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. APM, PRINCE2)
* Experience in an MSP or IT services environment
* Exposure to IT infrastructure or end-user device projects
