You'll be providing vital support to non-verbal children, using Makaton, PECS, or BSL (British Sign Language) to help them communicate, engage with learning, and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment. What the Role Involves: Providing one-to-one and small-group support for children in EYFS and KS1, many of whom are non-verbal and have global delay. Assisting with personal care, including toileting, changing, and feeding - always with dignity and respect.
