About the Role
As Business Development Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You’ll develop solution-based proposals, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth and strategic targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by securing new business across the UK and internationally
Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities with key decision-makers
Develop tailored proposals aligned with client objectives
Monitor market trends, emerging sectors, and competitor activity
Lead tender submissions and ensure all prerequisites are met
Collaborate with operational teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and promotional functions
Produce detailed business reports including revenue forecasts, pipeline health, and conversion rates
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health & safety legislation and industry developmentsWhat You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a solution-based commercial role within a multi-service organisation
Demonstrated success in building sales pipelines and winning new business
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market competition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation delivery
Ability to use IT systems including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Spider, and Salesforce
Full UK Driving LicenseQualifications
