SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to join our team in Oxfordshire, South East England. As an SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for providing specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a one-on-one or small group setting. Job Duties: Develop and implement personalised learning plans based on individual students' needs Provide support and guidance to help students overcome learning barriers Deliver engaging lessons and activities to facilitate academic progress Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions Proficiency in assessing students' learning needs Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN support Experience using assistive technology in education Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' educational journeys All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
