Regional Sales Manager – Aesthetic Devices & Technologies

You’ll play a key role in driving regional sales, developing partnerships with leading aesthetic clinics, and representing a premium portfolio of injectables, non-invasive devices for skin rejuvenation, and a range of cosmeticeuticals.
About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of one of the most trusted brands in medical aesthetics. Your focus will be on growing market share across the region by introducing clinics to powerful, revenue-driving aesthetic technologies.
You'll educate, advise, and support clinic owners and practitioners — showing them not just how your systems work, but how they’ll grow their business.
What You’ll Do
* Drive sales of high-end aesthetic devices into new and existing clinics across your territory
* Map out the region’s aesthetic landscape, identify top prospects, and lead from the front
* Convert cold leads into warm relationships through personalised, consultative outreach
* Deliver compelling product demos and ROI-focused sales presentations
* Manage a live sales pipeline using CRM tools and report regularly on activity and conversions
* Partner with the clinical and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
* Represent the brand at aesthetic events, conferences, and exhibitions
What You Bring
* Proven field sales experience in medical aesthetics, medical devices, dental, or closely related industries.
* Confidence in building relationships with clinic owners, aestheticians, dermatologists, or cosmetic doctors.
* Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and closing skills
* An organised, self-driven mindset with the ability to manage your time and territory autonomously
* A genuine interest in the aesthetic medicine industry, innovation, and emerging skin/body treatments
