Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef or cook to join us. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, ensuring that high standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently met. The Sous Chef will make sandwiches, the daily meals that the golfers required while maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Duties
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality.
* Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their activities to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Participate in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.
* Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage food storage effectively.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices.
* Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment maintenance and sanitation.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Experience
No experience is needed howeverpassion for work is required
* Preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen setting.
* Previous experience supervising kitchen staff is advantageous.
