An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring and self-motivated individual to support the community Nurses in the North Skye Community Nursing team, based in Dunvegan. This position of a Health Care support Worker would be to support the community Nurses in their Nursing capacity and to undertake caring roles in the community, under the management of the District Nurse.
Care experience is desirable but this post is open to anyone with limited care experience also as the NHS will provide all essential training to fulfil this role. You will ideally be someone who has exceptional people skills with the NHS core values. You will be required to work under the direction of the community Nurses but also working with intuition and care to provide an excellent service to the community.
A drivers licence is essential and the post holder will be required to use their own care under business insurance as this is a community position.
