Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Line Chef for a full-time position at our Swindon location. The Line Chef will be responsible for daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following food safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This is an on-site role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence.
Qualifications
* Experience in food preparation, grilling, and cooking techniques
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and follow directions
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience as a Line Chef or similar role is preferred
* Passion for creating high-quality dishes and delivering excellent customer experiences
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
