Job Summary
A highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to work within our dynamic
sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and
booking appointments for our sales directors. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer
base and driving revenue growth. The BDE will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive
personality, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Business Development Executive responsibilities will include:
* Lead Generation: Identifying and researching potential leads through various sources, including online databases, social media, and industry directories.
* Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and qualify their needs.
* Appointment Booking: Scheduling qualified appointments for sales directors to meet with potential clients.
* Sales Pitch: Delivering persuasive and engaging sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
* Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
* Follow-up: Following up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
* Goal Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets for appointments booked and leads generated.
* Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
* Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimise lead generation efforts.
* Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and appointment booking results to management.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Car Park management telesales, appointment booking, or a related sales role.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
* Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Based in Enfield: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.
Package
* Salary: £27,000.00 – £32, depending on experience)
