Remote Operations & Tech Assistant (Part-Time, Long-Term Opportunity)
I run a property services business remotely and I'm looking for a part-time assistant who is confident with both admin and tech tasks. This role is NOT just temporary — there is opportunity to grow with the business if it's the right fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update spreadsheets (leads, jobs, contacts, follow-ups)
• Organise files and job folders in Google Drive
• Assist with follow-ups via email or WhatsApp (templates provided)
• Research suppliers, subcontractors, and client info
• Send reminders and help keep tasks on track
• Support with light digital and operational work
Required Tech Ability (or willing to learn):
• Understanding of website domains/hosting
• Able to update or build simple sites (Wix, WordPress, etc.)
• Comfortable using online platforms
• Can set up basic email, links, or automations
Bonus Skills:
• Canva/design
• CRM/data entry
• WhatsApp Business
• Social media posting
