The Role:
This is a sales leadership position where you’ll take full ownership of new business generation, sales strategy, and key client relationships. You’ll lead from the front – identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and helping to shape the next phase of growth for a respected and ambitious RF technology provider.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business opportunities in the RF and communications sector
* Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
* Work closely with technical teams to scope and deliver tailored solutions
* Lead sales strategy, forecasting, and performance reporting
* Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
* Play a key role in shaping commercial direction and future growth plans
Requirements:
* Proven experience in RF, wireless, or communications industry
* A track record of leading sales teams and winning new business
* Ideally from a competitor or with a valuable network of industry contacts
* Strong grasp of financial KPIs, forecasting, and commercial metrics
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
