The Role
Lead a multi-disciplinary team across building surveying, cost consultancy, and professional services. Balance strategic direction with day-to-day commercial delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading strategy, growth, and overall performance
* Overseeing operational delivery and technical standards
* Driving commercial performance with P&L responsibility
* Building and developing high-performing teams
* Strengthening client relationships and winning new work
* Ensuring governance, compliance, and best practice
What We're Looking For
* Senior leadership experience in building surveying or cost consultancy
* Strong commercial track record with P&L responsibility
* Experience growing consultancy teams
* Chartered (MRICS/FRICS or equivalent)
* Strategic leader with strong stakeholder management
