£28,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) * Company pension & healthcare scheme * 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Financial loyalty bonus * Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (office-based) The Role As a Works Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth coordination of jobs, engineers, and client communications. This is a fast-paced position where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential. Key Responsibilities * Creating and raising jobs from sales handover documentation * Scheduling engineers and ensuring maximum utilisation of resources * Managing engineer diaries and allocating work effectively * Reviewing and checking job paperwork on a daily basis * Monitoring job progress and escalating issues where required * Chasing outstanding paperwork and overdue jobs * Issuing approved documentation and certificates to clients * Verifying lab reports and ensuring accurate sample bookings * Preparing jobs for invoicing, ensuring all details are correct * Liaising with management on client queries, missed visits, and additional charges * Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately * Maintaining accurate records and confirming bookings with clients * Producing weekly and historical reports to track job completion * Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and queries What We’re Looking For * Strong organisational and time management skills * Excellent communication and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * A proactive and team-oriented approach
