Job description:
We are currently recruiting for a Shift Lead to join us at our Severnside Dairy
The purpose of this role is site responsibility for management of incoming raw milk and cream fractions followed by further processing of these to ensure supply to end users (NRC/PLFM/Retail Cream/External Customers)
Ensure that all aspects of the operation are technically compliant, engage with all stakeholders and manage legal compliance for internal/external audit purposes.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Location: Severnside

1. Creating and developing development plans
2. Create succession pathways both up through, and across the organisation
3. High level problem solving capability and facilitation skills
