Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide essential support to our Project Manager and wider team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of bespoke projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and client-focused tasks, contributing directly to the efficiency and professionalism of the business
Duties
* Assist the Project Manager in coordinating bespoke watch projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
* Build and update product pages accurately, ensuring details, pricing, and visuals are correct.
* Perform accurate data entry, keeping project records and client information up to date.
* Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, including providing progress updates and responding to enquiries.
* Support the preparation of design files, artwork requests, and logo submissions for the design team.
* Coordinate with suppliers and partners to track timelines and ensure smooth workflow.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other business tools for document creation, record-keeping, and reporting.
* Maintain an organised system for digital files, ensuring assets and correspondence are easy to locate.
* Provide clerical and administrative support to the wider team as required.
* Contribute to a professional, client-focused environment by demonstrating attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
* Support fulfilment operations as needed, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, accuracy, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Demonstrated clerical experience, showcasing the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
