You will work as part of a skilled and supportive team, receiving comprehensive training and development opportunities, including the chance to earn a qualification in Social Care. Our team works flexibly to support young people 24/7, 365 days a year. This role involves working on a rota, including out-of-hours on-call responsibilities, so flexibility is essential.
