🚐 Mobile Engineer – South East London

Wates Property Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer to join our team supporting the JLL Aviva contract across South East London. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and delivering high-quality technical services across multiple commercial sites.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of buildings.
2. Respond to helpdesk requests and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
4. Liaise with site contacts and the Technical Supervisor to maintain service excellence.
5. Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures in line with JLL’s ESG goals.
6. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
👤 What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
7. Experience in delivering hard M&E services in a mobile or multi-site role.
8. Strong technical knowledge of building services and maintenance.
9. Excellent communication and time management skills.
10. Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
11. Experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Concept).
12. Health & Safety training (IOSH or equivalent).
13. Familiarity with sustainability technologies and ESG practices.
🎓 Qualifications:
14. Trade-related qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
15. 18th Edition (for electrical candidates).
16. Asbestos Awareness or Duty to Manage certification.
