Salary: 14.25 - 15.00 per hour

The Role: Energy, Creativity, and Care
Working with young children requires enthusiasm, energy, and a "can-do" attitude. You will provide vital support to children as they develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
* Creative Play: You should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, engaging in sensory activities, messy play, and creative arts.
* Developmental Support: Help children reach key milestones in a safe and inclusive environment.
* Stability: This is a consistent, full-time role (32.5 hours per week) throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities
* Activity Delivery: Support the planning and delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor and assess children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Collaboration: Work alongside teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education.
* Relationship Building: Foster strong, trusting relationships with both the children and their families.
The Ideal Nursery Nurse
* Qualified: A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential.
* Experienced: Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
* Knowledgeable: A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
* Passionate: A genuine drive to promote the well-being and development of young children.
