YOUR ROLE
In this role you will lead HR technology transformation initiatives for our clients, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and other leading platforms. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design, implement and optimise solutions, ensuring successful outcomes and strong client satisfaction.
* Manage end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects, ensuring quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define HR technology strategies, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
* Apply deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and integration approaches to guide solution design and configuration.
* Act as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives.
* Oversee delivery teams, manage timelines, budgets and quality assurance.
* Drive user engagement, training and communication strategies for successful deployment.
* Support pre-sales activities, contribute to proposals and grow the HR Tech practice.
* Lead and mentor project teams, fostering capability development and collaboration.
* Provide thought leadership on HR technology trends and best practices to clients and internal teams.
Role Highlights
* Business Development – Lead and contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches and hosting at events.
* Internal Contribution – Campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development and offering development.

YOUR PROFILE
* 8+ years in HR technology consulting, with at least 4 years in SuccessFactors implementation and HR transformation projects.
* Proven track record of managing large‑scale HRIS programmes and leading cross‑functional teams.
* Deep understanding of core HR, payroll, time management, talent, learning and compensation processes.
* Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and integration.
* Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll for UK and Ireland highly desirable.
* Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach.
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
* Passion for HR innovation and digital transformation.
* Current or former employee in a major consulting firm or industry with consulting background; proven ability in a matrixed organisation.
