We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Volunteer and Work Experience Co-ordinator to join our team.
You will be working with the Employability team at Beyond Housing to facilitate successful opportunities for volunteers and work experience placements across the business, including supporting them into employment and training. The role will require you to safely recruit and support volunteers and work experience placements, record and collate performance information, and create opportunities across the whole company.
We are looking for an organised, self-motivated person who is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives and communities. The successful candidate will promote and embed our volunteer/work experience offer across the entire organisation, with a positive attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative.
You will report directly to Maria Taylor, our Apprentice and Volunteer Team Leader. The location is Redcar and Scarborough, with an expectation to work across all sites. We offer agile working based on business needs, trusting you to get the job done from wherever you choose, allowing flexibility for your personal commitments.
