Project Architect required to support the delivery of various Sports & Leisure Sector projects across the UK. \n\nThis highly respected Leeds based AJ100 Architectural Practice is renowned as one of the UK's premium architectural brands.\n\nKnown for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors, the practice is currently seeking a talented and driven Project Architect to join its growing team, with a particular focus on sports and leisure developments.\n\nThis is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most engaging and community-focused projects in the UK, from leisure centres and arenas to health & wellness facilities and recreation hubs.\n\nKey Responsibilities for the Project Architect:\n\nLead projects through all RIBA stages, with a focus on design and delivery of sports & leisure facilities.\nWork collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants to develop and deliver high-quality architectural solutions.\nTake a proactive role in client liaison, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.\nEnsure designs are compliant with relevant regulations, planning requirements, and sustainable design principles.\nContribute to and oversee BIM Level 2 workflows using Revit as a core design tool.What We're Looking For:\n\nFully qualified ARB-registered Architect with 5-10 years post-qualification experience, including demonstrable work in the sports or leisure sector.\nProven track record of managing medium to large-scale projects through to completion.\nExcellent design and technical skills, with the ability to balance creativity and practicality.\nStrong proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of AutoCAD.\nThorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.\nA confident communicator, able to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.\nPassionate about the social value of architecture and enhancing community wellbeing through thoughtful design.Why Join This Practice?\n\nBe part of a forward-thinking, well-run studio with a solid project pipeline in the sports, leisure, and wider public sectors.\nWork in a newly refurbished city-centre studio with a private roof terrace, ideal for both collaboration and creativity.\nEnjoy a flexible hybrid working model, supporting work-life balance.\nA supportive and inclusive culture that recognises hard work and encourages clear career progression through to Associate level.\nExciting opportunity to make your mark on high-profile, meaningful projects across the UK.Salary\n\n£37,500 - £45,000 DOE, plus the option of hybrid working.\n\nApply Now\n\nFor more details or to submit your application, please contact James Jackson at Conrad Consulting, or hit "Apply Now" with your most recent CV
