We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Team Member to oversee our culinary operations. Duties
* Coordinate daily kitchen activities, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
* Work well alongside kitchen staff to achieve high performance and maintain quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.
* Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Handle customer feedback regarding food quality and service promptly and professionally.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and customers.
* Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
* A passion for cooking with a creative flair for menu development.
* Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and kitchen operations effectively.

Pay: £12.21-£14.50 per hour
