Recruitment Specialist - Marketing, Digital & PR at Next Chapter Recruitment

An exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing and ambitious experiential leisure brand as a CRM & Automation Manager. This is your chance to take full ownership of CRM and customer lifecycle marketing, shaping how we engage, retain, and grow the audience through data‑driven campaigns and intelligent automation.

You’ll play a pivotal role within a high‑performing Marketing team, leading the development and execution of a CRM strategy that delivers personalised, multi‑channel customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

* Build, evolve, and execute a CRM and automation strategy that drives engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
* Develop and deliver multi‑channel lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, app, and direct mail.
* Partner with internal teams and agency partners to create and optimise workflows within Braze (or similar platforms).
* Identify opportunities for personalisation, segmentation, and automation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
* Analyse campaign performance, sharing actionable insights to improve ROI, conversion, and engagement.
* Collaborate across the wider business to ensure CRM activity aligns with commercial goals and customer needs.
* Continuously seek ways to improve processes, tools, and automation efficiencies.
* Keep ahead of CRM innovation, bringing new ideas and technologies to the table.

What You’ll Bring

* 5+ years’ experience in CRM, customer lifecycle, or automation‑focused roles.
* Hands‑on experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms.
* A deep understanding of segmentation, personalisation, optimisation, and automation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable managing stakeholders and agency partners.
* Self‑motivated, commercially minded, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
