We are on the lookout for experienced and enthusiastic team members in Reading to join our events team ready for a busy summer season full of Weddings, Sporting Events, Motorsport, and Music Festivals.

We will send over our full diary of summer events by the end of March so you can plan in advance which ones you’d like to do! It is completely flexible; you can pick and choose which events to do and there is no minimum or maximum amount to commit to.
We are on the lookout for staff with the following experience (6 months minimum);
1. Bartending – Serving the perfect pint, know how to adjust the pour depending on the pump speed, knowing the signs of an empty barrel. Knowing how to serve different spirits & mixers, measurements for spirits & wines.
2. Retail – Knowledge of processing orders through a till at a fast pace with accuracy in a catering environment. Conscious of stock levels and communicating with other team members when to replenish products.
3. Waiting – Experience as a waiter/waitress at sporting events, motorsport or similar environments, able to work within a team and supporting a team leader effectively with a good work ethic. Knowing how to set a table ready for an event.
4. Communication – It is essential you are able to communicate efficiently within a team to create a seamless service for customers, a high level of spoken English is required.

We can organise transport for the events further afield, and there may also be accommodation/camping available too. This will be discussed with you once you are confirmed for the event.
Pay rate varies from £12.25 - £14 per hour depending on the role and the client, with holiday pay on top. You will be informed of the pay rate prior to accepting the assignment.
We also have free online compulsory training too, which you will gain certification for.
