DAYS NEEDED : TUESDAY AND THURSDAY (Spring Semester) or Summer
Up to 15 hours per week available (Spring) and up to 35 hours during Summer. Continued employment based on performance.
Job Description
This position provides support to the Human Resources and Payroll Department (as needed).
Primary Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
Answer multi-line telephone.
Routing mail, emails, and faxes.
Filing, copying, typing, sorting, and compiling various hard copy packets of information (as needed).
Word processing and/or data entry are required (Word and Excel).
Assist With Special Projects.
Running errands on campus (as needed).
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include:
Professional demeanor, ability to think critically and analytically.
Good communication, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail is essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, the ability to work independently, a positive attitude, good academic standing, and a willingness to learn.
Dependability is extremely important. Confidentiality required.
