What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the main point of contact for some of our most valued clients, managing their shipments and building lasting relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
Roadfreight Operations
• Manage day-to-day operations of Roadfreight accounts.
• Act as the primary contact for key clients.
• Develop strong relationships and understand client needs deeply.
• Use your expertise to manage shipment flows and find effective solutions.
• Handle daily shipments, quotes, and queries.
Customer Service
• Deliver exceptional service with prompt responses and proactive communication.
• Understand individual customer requirements and tailor your approach.
• Input accurate information into internal systems and follow procedures.
Ownership & Responsibility
• Take full ownership of your workload and manage tasks independently.
• Show initiative and a desire to grow within the business.
• Learn from a knowledgeable and friendly team and contribute to continued success
