About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Entrepreneur in Residence (Sales) to spearhead our growth in the AI/ML and software development agency ecosystem in London. This role is ideal for a self-starter with proven experience in B2B sales across the US and UK markets. You will be responsible for building and managing the outbound sales funnel—from prospecting to appointment setting—while leveraging modern sales tools and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive outbound sales efforts to generate qualified leads and opportunities in the AI/ML and software development agency market in London.
* Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting with decision-makers in target companies.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using tools such as, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Craft personalized outreach strategies for US and UK prospects to maximize engagement and conversions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market approaches.
* Track and report sales performance, ensuring consistent progress toward KPIs and revenue goals.
* Maintain a growth-mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, experimenting with new sales approaches to drive results.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience (mandatory).
* Proven track record of selling to US and UK markets, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or agency space.
* Strong expertise in lead generation, cold calling, outbound sales, and appointment setting.
* Proficiency with, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
