Sous Chef : Crowborough
Recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join a contract catering unit located in Crowborough, this is a busy site catering for high volume using fresh ingredients.
Key Information:
Salary: 18.00 per hour
Hours: 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday), 08:00:20:00. 12 hour shifts
Location: Crowborough
Contract: On going temporary
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Producing dishes to meet the required standard
Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
Develop and supervise the other chefs and kitchen staff
In order to be successful, youll need to have:
Experience working in a similar role / establishment
Food hygiene certificate : minimum level 2
Passionate about food
Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to support colleagues
