Job Title: Residential Conveyancer Salary: up to £35,000 Location: Sheffield Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Overview: An established and well-regarded legal practice in Sheffield is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their property team. The firm is known locally for providing high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses, with a strong emphasis on client care, professional excellence and community reputation. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team with a solid base of residential property work. Role & Responsibilities: As a Residential Conveyancer you will: Handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers and related matters. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties, guiding clients through the conveyancing process from instruction to completion. Undertake title investigation, draft and negotiate contracts, raise enquiries and address issues arising during transactions. Ensure timely progression of matters, communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders and providing pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice. Maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent service and effective case management throughout the conveyancing lifecycle. About You: Experience working in residential property/conveyancing paralegal or fee earning role and a good working knowledge of relevant law and practice. You should be confident managing your own caseload, with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. Excellent communication, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to client service are essential.
