While this role is offered initially as a 12-month FTC, there is potential for it to become permanent as the organisation continues to expand.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of HR & Operations, the HR Business Partner will play a key role in delivering the operational elements of the People Strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, you’ll provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, lead high-value HR projects, and help embed best-practice people management across the business.
This is a hands-on, project-focused role suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, credible relationships with leaders and managers, providing pragmatic HR advice that drives engagement, performance, and compliance
Translate the People Strategy into clear, actionable HR plans and initiatives
Lead and deliver a range of strategic HR projects, including workforce and succession planning, learning & development frameworks, benefits reviews, and DE&I initiatives
Drive effective, cost-conscious recruitment and resourcing strategies to support business growth
Partner with managers to design and deliver impactful learning and development plans
Support performance management processes and annual salary review cycles
Review, streamline, and improve HR policies and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Provide expert support on employee relations matters, coaching managers to achieve positive and timely outcomesAbout You
You’ll be a confident, commercially minded HR professional with strong generalist experience and a proven ability to deliver HR solutions in dynamic environments.
You’ll bring:
CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
Significant experience in senior generalist HR roles, including recruitment, reward, ER, L&D, and equality
A strong track record of managing employee relations cases
Experience delivering HR projects and improving processes
