The Role
You will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
* Ensure pupils remain on task and complete set work
* Provide feedback to teaching staff
* Support positive learning environments
You will not be planning lessons — your role is to maintain structure, pace and standards during teacher absence.
