Set in the beautiful Surrey countryside, Hogs Back Hotel & Spa offers stylish accommodation, leisure and spa facilities, and a varied food and beverage operation including restaurant dining, conferences, and events.
What You’ll Get Stuck Into as our CDP:
* Assist in the creation, cooking and presentation of the menu items- running your section when fully trained and confident
* To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section- great food, every time!
* Follow Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section
* Supporting more senior Chefs in brigade- Sous/ Head Chef- Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner
