About the Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters with a particular emphasis on probate work (including both taxable and non-taxable estates). You will be encouraged to take ownership of your matters and contribute to the development of the department – with full support, mentoring, and access to a team that includes STEP, TALL, ACTAPS-qualified professionals and a Court of Protection Panel Deputy.
