Job Description
* Healthcare Assistant
* Location: Birmingham, B33
* Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour
* Shifts: Part Time Nights | 2-3 shifts per week | 9pm- 7am

Meet Our Client
We are currently supporting a young boy with complex needs and are looking for a compassionate, patient, and reliable individual to join our team on a 1:1 basis. He is an energetic and active child who enjoys a variety of activities, from Nerf guns to singing along to his favourite nursery rhymes. You’ll often find him enjoying his favourite YouTube videos, including Old MacDonald and Spider-Man.
As part of his care team, you will be required to support with all aspects of daily living, including meeting his personal care needs, promoting routines, carrying out regular observations and managing his clinical interventions overnight.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client has specifically requested male care staff to join their team.

What You’ll Need
* 3 months’ care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Clear communication skills
* Essential complex behaviour
