Contract: Part-Time Supply (3 days per week)
Prospero Teaching are seeking an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Halifax. This is a supply role for 3 days per week, with the exciting opportunity to progress into a long-term contract for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Teach English across KS3 and KS4.
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a positive learning environment that encourages progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department.
Candidate Requirements
* QTS, an overseas teaching qualification, or another relevant teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching English at secondary level.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting young people.
* Flexibility and commitment to 3 days per week.
