Administrator - Property Sector (Lettings) - No Sales!
Location: Brighton
Salary: £22, - £30, per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Minimum 36 per week
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
Our client, a well-established and customer-focused property business based in Brighton, is seeking a Lettings Coordinator to support their busy lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual who enjoys a varied role within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play an important part in the day-to-day coordination of lettings activities, ensuring a smooth process for landlords, tenants, and applicants alike.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants.
2. Arrange and manage property viewings, move-ins, inspections, and related documentation.
3. Prepare tenancy paperwork and ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures.
4. Maintain accurate property records, listings, and online advertisements.
5. Liaise with contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
6. Provide general administrative and operational support to the lettings team.
About You
7. Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
8. Strong communication and customer service skills.
9. Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
10. Confident with IT systems; experience using property software is an advantage.
11. Previous experience in lettings or property is preferred but not essential.
12. Full UK driving licence required.
